yesterday was the first day in emergency of surgery , it was different un like we expect , many of our friends told us that surgery will be useless nothing except dirty work like except dressing all the two months, we found another matter the night started at 9.30pm it was case of shoulder dislocation we started with it although it was bone not surgery all the doctors were were very kind help ful without Qs they started to explain what they did they told us that Wednesday is aday full of operation!!!!! why!! then we go to surgery it was appendectomy nearly 11pm by dr moh khairy then after 2hours another case of appendectomy, acase of strangulated hernia was sent from the department for urgent surgery bp was200/120 the anesthetist refuse this and it was aproblem for the doctor who sent it , 1.30am itwas fructure neck of femur, then elbow dislocation at the next room , abcess drainge but this time by master doctor ,at3.5am athird case of appendectomy dr mahmoud we found him qualified and more accurate with less comment from the stuff as usual long night but with more experiance finally it was agreat night couldn't be forgetten and the most important thing in it was the suspense .
